Aabenraa ; Sønderjysk: Affenråe) er en by i Syddanmark, ved begyndelsen af Aabenraa Fjord, en arm af Lillebælt, 26 kilometer nord for grænsen mellem Danmark og Tyskland og 32 kilometer nord for den tyske by Flensburg. Det var sædet for Sønderjyllands Amt indtil 1. januar 2007, da Region Syddanmark blev oprettet som en del af den danske kommunalreform i 2007. Med en befolkning på 16.401 er Aabenraa den største by og sædet for Aabenraa Kommune.
