Zweeloo er en esby i kommunen Coevorden, i den hollandske provins Drenthe. Zweeloo danner sammen med nabobyen Aalden næsten et helt sted. På sydsiden finder man den gamle esby Oud-Aalden, med saksiske gårde der danner et beskyttet landskabsbillede.
Zweeloo er stærkt fokuseret på turisme, som følge af nærheden til et bungalowpark og en golfbane. Årligt afholdes musikfestivalen "Sweelpop" og hestesportsbegivenheden "Masters Springen" i Zweeloo.
