Die Leyhörn ist ein Naturschutzgebiet auf der bis 1991 im Zuge von Küstenschutzmaßnahmen entstanden gleichnamigen Halbinsel im Süden der Leybucht in der niedersächsischen Gemeinde Krummhörn im Landkreis Aurich.
Das Naturschutzgebiet mit dem Kennzeichen NSG WE 220 ist 646 Hektar groß. Zu einem großen Teil ist das Naturschutzgebiet Bestandteil des EU-Vogelschutzgebietes „Krummhörn“. Nach Süden und Südosten grenzt es teilweise an das Landschaftsschutzgebiet „Krummhörn“. Das Gebiet steht seit dem 3. Dezember 1994 unter Naturschutz. Zuständige untere Naturschutzbehörde ist der Landkreis Aurich.
