Die Region Sjælland in Dänemark umfasst einen Großteil der Insel Sjælland und die Inseln Lolland, Falster und Møn. Verwaltungssitz ist Sorø.
Die Regionen wurden 2007 vom dänischen Parlament geschaffen. Mit der gleichzeitigen Auflösung der bisherigen Kreise bilden sie die mittlere Ebene zwischen Kommunen und staatlicher Zentralverwaltung .
