This trail n°49 will take you to the heights of Chaumont-Porcien. Traverse these hills and valleys, visit the heart of the village, and embark on a journey to discover the legend of Mont Saint-Berthauld. At the starting sign, head towards Rocquigny, then, 120m after that, turn left to take "Rue de la Pisselote." Climb the slope and continue straight for 2.6km until the "Les Croisettes" intersection. At the intersection, turn right. Then pass over the "Monts de Châtillon" and observe the villages of La Hardoye below and Mainbressy on the heights. This grassy part of the route will lead you down to the departmental road. Once you reach it, turn left (marker 6/9) and then right 120m further. The "côte des Auneaux" offers a viewpoint over the surroundings. Continue straight for 2.4km until the crossing of the Pagan road. At the crossing, turn right and descend for 1.5km. At the stop, turn right (marker 9/9) to return to your starting point.
