From the village of Boult aux Bois, join the lovely site of the Linette pond.

On this path, 9 information panels about nature and some local curiosities are successively available for reading.
(D/A) Starting from Rue de la Héronnière, facing the Maison de la Nature, take the direction of the cow path by going left of the departure panel.
Continue by turning left at the intersection of the sorting point, on the white path to exit the village. Pass in front of the hunting cabin and follow the stream that borders the meadows. Continue straight on the white path. Information panel n°1 and Information panel n°2
(1) Continue into the Domanial forest, evolving on a small winding path between the trees. Information panel n°3
At the intersection, slightly veer to the right and then continue on the same path.
(2) Arriving at the forest road, turn left then right 40m further to find a path in the undergrowth.
Continue straight until an intersection 100m later, then turn left. Information panel n°4
Continue straight on this path and arrive at a spring. Information panel n°5
(3) Again at the forest road, go back on the left and walk about 500m on the forest road. A variant is possible by descending on the left in 200m. It shortens the hike to only 5kms. Turn left into the plantations, then left again and go straight until the marker below. Continue again in the undergrowth to catch up with the path.
(4) Turn right, discover the Elephant Beech and walk straight to the Linette pond spot. Information panel n°6
(5) Arriving at the forest road, head right, the Linette pond site offers picnic and relaxation. Information panel n°7
Continue around the pond to reach the forest path at the other end of the pond. In the woods, go up on the left then turn right after the climb. Continue straight.
(6) At the intersection, go straight to follow a plot currently under regeneration then slightly to the left, then again to the left at the intersection. Then continue straight to join the forest road.
(7) At the forest road, head left. Walk 100 m then turn right into the woods and follow the path by continuing straight ahead.
(8) At the intersection with the forest road, turn left then right 100m further by engaging in a descent that leads to plantations. At the bottom, go left on a parcel way (between young plantations on the left and woods on the right) then again turn right 250 m further to enter the woods. Move along this straight line until the last forest road of the route.
(9) At the forest road, turn left. Pass by the Dolphin of the Large Oak then at the foot of the Large Oak where a picnic area is set up. Information panel n°8 and Information panel n°9
(10) A few meters from the Large Oak, take the forest path to the right that runs along meadows, keep heading on this winding path between the trees that allows return to the village of Boult aux Bois.
(11) Go back to the crossroads by veering to the right, catch up again with the white path and reach Boult.
