La provincia autónoma de Trento es una provincia autónoma de la región del Trentino-Alto Adigio, en Italia. Su capital es la ciudad de Trento. Forma parte, junto con la Provincia de Bolzano, de la región Trentino-Alto Adigio. Pero debido a los acuerdos entre los gobiernos de Italia y Austria, sobre todo por el tema lingüístico, la región se descentralizó prácticamente en su totalidad en favor de las provincias, por lo que las provincias pueden ser homologables al resto de las regiones de Italia y no a las provincias.
