Il percorso di 37 km, per lo più su strade pianeggianti, parte dalla casa e dalla fabbrica di biciclette di Eddy Merckx a Sint-Brixius-Rode, un comune di Meise. Il percorso ti porterà, tra l'altro, attraverso il Giardino Nazionale delle Piante e dalla Fluxenberg potrai godere di un panorama sorprendente con all'orizzonte l'Atomium e la Basilica di Koekelberg, in una bella giornata.
