Groene zone rond het bufferbekken langs de Moorsledestraat.
Op voorstel van een lid van de milieuadviesraad werd deze groenzone omgevormd tot bloemrijk grasland.
Door het grasland wordt een slingerend wandelpad gelaten startend vanaf de Moorsledestraat, tussen de Heulebeek en het bekken. Als je dit wandelpad volgt kom je in de wijk het Kapelleveld terecht.
Palend aan het ingekokerd deel Heulebeek is een insectenhotel geplaatst.
