Hollingstedt er en kommune i Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg i Schleswig-Holstein. Byen, der ligger ved Treene, er kendt for sin historie i vikingetiden og de mange storke: Et vikingeskib og en stork er dele af våbenskjoldet. Friedrichsfeld ligger i kommuneområdet.
Hollingstedt ligger på den schleswigske eng mellem Nordsøen og Østersøen. Det tilhørte den historiske forvaltningsenhed Arensharde i Amt Gottorf. Allerede i 1231 registrerer jordbogen fra Waldemar II. Arensharde som et område i Istathesyssel.
