Gol ist eine Kommune in der Provinz Viken in Norwegen. Der altnordische Name lautet Gorð und ist vermutlich eine alte Bezeichnung für den Unterlauf des Flusses Hemsil.
Verwaltungssitz ist die gleichnamige Stadt. An Gol grenzen die Kommunen Ål, Hemsedal und Nesbyen in der Fylke Viken sowie Nord-Aurdal und Sør-Aurdal in der Fylke Innlandet. Gol ist eines der wichtigsten Wintersportzentren Norwegens.
