La baie de Westphalie, également appelée baie de Münsterlande ou baie de plaine ou de basse plaine de Westphalie, est un paysage plat qui se situe essentiellement en Westphalie et ne couvre que de très faibles parties de la Rhénanie du Nord et de la Basse-Saxe. Elle est, après la baie du Bas-Rhin et avec la plaine du Bas-Rhin qui y adjointe à l'ouest, la deuxième région la plus au sud de la plaine du Nord en Allemagne.
