Dorilea fou una ciutat de Frígia, que correspon en el seu primer emplaçament a Karadja Hissar, a 10 km al sud-est de la moderna Eskişehir, i en el seu emplaçament posterior a Shehir Eyuk, al nord de la mateixa ciutat.
Aquesta ciutat és esmentada per primer cop durant les guerres entre Antígon el Borni i Lisímac de Tràcia, però no se sap la seva antiguitat, si bé se suposa que fou almenys d'origen frigi. Lisímac hi va tenir un camp de subministrament.
