Das Kloster Taxa ist ein ehemaliges Kloster der Augustiner-Barfüßer oder Augustiner-Rekollekten in Taxa in Bayern in der Diözese München und Freising.
Das Maria Stern geweihte Kloster wurde 1654 gegründet. Taxa war in der Barockzeit wohl die größte Marienwallfahrt Bayerns. Das Kloster wurde 1802 im Zuge der Säkularisation aufgelöst und Kirche und Kloster sofort abgebrochen. Das Gnadenbild kam in die Pfarrkirche St. Benedikt in Odelzhausen. 1848 wurde auf dem Gebiet des ehemaligen Klosters die Kapelle Maria Stern errichtet.
