Eendrachtsplein ist eine U-Bahn-Station der Rotterdamer Metro. Die Station wurde am 10. Mai 1982 eröffnet und wird von der Ost-West-Linie bedient. Ab Dezember 2009 halten hier die U-Bahnen der Linien A, B und C.
Die U-Bahn-Station liegt unter dem geschäftigen Eendrachtsplein im Zentrum von Rotterdam, nicht weit vom Museumpark, wo sich unter anderem das Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen befindet. An den Perronwänden sind große Tafeln angebracht, die verschiedene kulturelle Einrichtungen in der Nähe mit ihrer Position und Entfernung zur Station anzeigen. In der sich auf einer Zwischenetage befindlichen Stationshalle befindet sich seit dem 15. Dezember 1999 die "Millenniumwand". Diese Wand besteht aus Hunderten von Fliesen, die verschiedene persönliche Texte verewigt haben.
