Ham Fen er et 41 hektar stort naturreservat syd for Sandwich i Kent. Det er et af Kent Wildlife Trusts naturreservater og bliver i 2018 udvidet med yderligere 33 acres.
Dette gamle fenlandsite har fugtig græsmark med dybe moser, grave og grøfter, og er det sidste overlevende gamle fenhabitat i Kent. Reservatet blev etableret i 1991 og dækker fra midten af 2018 over 100 acres. Betydelig skade blev forårsaget af to større episoder med dræning af jorden i det 18. århundrede og tidligt i 1980'erne, hvilket førte til betydelig forringelse af habitatet og tab af vådområdespecier.
