Haren ) er en landsby i kommunen Groningen, i den nederlandske provins Groningen. Haren var fra 1811 til 2019 en selvstændig kommune. Haren ligger direkte sydøst for byen Groningen. Dels på grund af denne beliggenhed er det et typisk pendlermiljø. Landsbyen Haren er en villa landsby; den kaldes også Wassenaar i nord og den grønne perle i nord. I 2013 havde kommunen ifølge data fra CBS cirka 18.640 indbyggere. Dels på grund af byggeriet af kvarteret Harenerholt steg befolkningstallet; den 1. januar 2017 var dette steget til 19.570 indbyggere. I 2018 steg dette yderligere til 20.191 indbyggere pr. 31. december.
