Stjernobservatoriet i Arcetri er et astronomisk observatorium, der hører under det italienske institut for astrofysik INAF. Observatoriet ligger i Arcetri, i bakkerne syd for Firenze.
I 1807 grundlagde Girolamo Bardi, direktøren for det daværende kongelige naturhistoriske museum i Firenze, en uddannelsesinstitution i museet. Domenico De Vecchi begyndte her at undervise i astronomi. Han havde allerede siden 1796 været forvalter af observatoriet i museet og studerede her stjerner, kometer, formørkelser og tilsløringer. Efter hans død blev han efterfulgt af Jean-Louis Pons, som senere blev efterfulgt af Giovanni Battista Amici.
