De St. Jacobi-kerk van de parochie Berlijn Stadtmitte werd gebouwd in 1844/1845 in de stijl van een vroege christelijke basiliek protestantse kerk in het Berlijnse district Kreuzberg Oranienstrasse 132-134. In oude bouwplannen wordt het kerkgebouw samen met de Nieuwe Louisenstadtkirche vermeld. Koning Friedrich Wilhelm IV. De kerk bevindt zich aan de Alte Jakobstraße, in het Altenheim aan de Alte Jakobstraße, de oudste straat in de nieuwe gemeente. Het is niet duidelijk wanneer Jacobus de Oudere of Jacobus de Jongen is.
