La cappella è realizzata in mattoni rossi di imitazione in formato manuale ed è murata in modo verticale con giunti profondi.
La struttura è coperta da un tetto a cono con una croce in ferro battuto sopra.
All'ingresso è stata installata una cancellata in ferro battuto, sul lato sinistro della
cappella è inserita una placca con la scritta R.K GIOVANI-AGRARI 8-9-1935.
Sul lato destro è inserita una placca con la scritta IN ONORE DI MARIA.
Su entrambi i lati, perpendicolari alla facciata principale, si trovano due finestre lunghe in vetro colorato e piombo.
