Dit is een Italiaans restaurant in het centrum van Stavelot. Het gebouw is in de art-nouveau stijl van begin 20ste eeuw en doet denken aan een perron in een station. Daarboven zijn 2 muurschilderijen.Op de verdieping zijn er ook tegels te zien van de Brusselse Maison Helman. Helman werd in 1863 in Stavelot geboren werd en was er architect.
De brasserie is ook tijdens de Lætare een aantrekkingspool. De Lætare is een traditioneel feest dat wordt gehouden tijdes het Laetare-feest op de vierde zondag van de vastentijd. Dit festival, een van de populairste in Wallonië, is ook bekend om zijn hoofdrolspelers: de Blancs Moussis
Saint Remacle is geboren rond 600 en gestorven rond 669, en was een katholieke en orthodoxe heilige, stichter van de abdij van Stavelot in 651 en eerste abt van de abdij van Solignac.
