Al restaurant El Rancho de Chío el menjar és 100% canari . Es troba a la TF38 que porta al Teide .
A la terrassa tens una vista fenomenal. És un restaurant autèntic amb influències locals. Tapes molt gustoses i vi casolà . Molt bons preus pel que obteniu. Vam prendre una truita, embotits, pernil espanyol, manxec, barreja de croquetes, tot molt saborós.
Pot estar ocupat perquè també és parada d'autobusos turístics.
Al jardí hi ha un petit museu sobre els guanxes.
Hi ha una petita botiga de records al costat del restaurant El Rancho. En aquesta botiga podreu degustar autèntiques delícies canàries com ara: mel, untables diversos, vi de plàtan, licor de plàtan i fruits secs.
