L'Anna és la patrona de les mares de casa, però també s'invoca contra la infertilitat, una parella adequada, un bon matrimoni, un bon embaràs, un part reeixit, febre, úlceres, reumatisme, inflamació, cremades, fractures, coixesa, tristesa, ull. malalties, dolor de pit, enuresis, pesta, mal de queixal.
També és la patrona d'obrers , brodadors, bombers, orfebres, fusters, domèstics, puntaires, sastres, moliners, modistes, mestres, fusters, nodrisses, teixidors, barquers i fusters.
La capella també és coneguda com la "capella del cor".
