Aquest monument commemora les víctimes de les dues guerres mundials.
Es troba a l' església de Stoumont.
Contra la façana de l'església hi ha dues plaques commemoratives de la Segona Guerra Mundial.
La primera placa commemorativa és un agraïment de la comunitat jueva a l' abat Marcel Stenne pels seus esforços per amagar tants nens jueus als alemanys perquè no fossin deportats.
La segona placa commemorativa commemora el 50è aniversari de l'alliberament de Stoumont.
