El centre de visitants "National Park Visitor Center" és la porta d'entrada principal del Parc Nacional Hoge Kempen.
Es troba a l'àrea recreativa de Terhills. Podeu aparcar gratuïtament a l'aparcament de VVV Maasmechelen o al centre comercial Maasmechelen Village.
Pots anar per:
*informació sobre el Parc Nacional Hoge Kempen i compra de mapes per caminar i anar en bicicleta.
* begudes i gelats ben merescuts després d'un bon passeig (recollir al bar, seure als bancs de pícnic (no hi ha seients a l'interior)). Tingueu en compte: no es poden fer pagaments en efectiu!
*una ascensió del bloc de l'eix amb una bonica vista (gratuïta).
* Els lavabos estan oberts.
* El pati (pati) està obert.
* S'admeten gossos, sempre que estiguin lligats.
