Klanxbüll és un municipi del districte de Nordfriesland, dins l'Amt Südtondern, a l'estat alemany de Slesvig-Holstein.
La crònica de la vila va amb la construcció del dic a la regió, ja que només es construïren cases quan fou endicada i drenada l'àrea de Klanxbüll. Klanxbüll és esmentat per primera vegada l'any 1231 amb una inscripció en el registre de la propietat del rei Valdemar II de Dinamarca, ja que l'antic ducat de Schleswig va pertànyer fins a 1864 a la corona danesa. El 1240 es va començar a construir l'església, actualment monument protegit
