Parchim és una ciutat a l'estat alemany de Mecklemburg-Pomerània Occidental a la riba del riu Elde. Des del 4 de setembre de 2011 va esdevenir la capital del districte de Ludwigslust-Parchim, una fusió dels districtes de Parchim i Ludwigslust.
A la fi del 2013 tenia 17.129 habitants, una pèrdua de 2.919 en 13 anys, el 2000 encara eren 20.048. Era la seu administrativa del districte homònim, i el 4 de setembre de 2011 va esdevenir la capital del nou districte Ludwigslust-Parchim, resultat d'una reforma administrativa esdevinguda necessària a causa de la contínua despoblació.
