Waiblingen és una ciutat alemanya, pertanyent a l'estat federal de Baden-Württemberg, a uns 10 km de la capital administrativa Stuttgart. Va ser residència comtal i actualment és la ciutat més gran de la comarca de Rems-Murr-Kreis.
Des de l'1 de febrer de 1962 Waiblingen és capital de comarcal. Té més de 50.000 habitants i això la situa entre ciutats alemanyes de mida mitjana.
