Arenys de Mar és una vila i municipi de Catalunya situat a la comarca del Maresme i la capital judicial de l'Alt Maresme.
El nucli urbà és situat a la finalització de la riera d'Arenys, que el connecta amb l'interior passant per Arenys de Munt. Es troba també a prop del Parc Natural del Montnegre - Corredor i del del massís del Montseny. Com en totes les poblacions costaneres de la comarca del Maresme, la seva primera franja litoral l'atravessen, la N-II i la línia ferroviària del Maresme .
