La diòcesi d'Asidonia-Jerez , coneguda també simplement per diòcesi de Jerez, és una seu de l'Església catòlica, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Sevilla. Comprèn el nord de la província de Cadis, prenent com a límit i frontera natural el curs del riu Guadalete. Abastant la Costa Noroeste de Cádiz, la Campiña de Jerez, la Sierra de Cádiz i la major part del terme municipal d'El Puerto de Santa María. La diòcesi va ser erigida el 3 de març de 1980 mitjançant butlla papal.
