L'església parroquial de Nostra Senyora de l'Aurora data del segle XVII i té una façana renaixentista de transició. L'església va ser parcialment destruïda durant la Guerra Civil.
Més tard, l'any 1936, després del triomf del Front Popular, va ser afectat per un incendi, en el qual es va perdre l' estàtua de la Mare de Déu de l'Aurora i el seu aixovar i es va esfondrar la teulada.
Actualment, aquesta església, l'interior de la qual destaca per la seva forma ovalada i que ha estat restaurada, és el centre de la vida religiosa local.
