La plaça Jean Bart és una plaça situada a la ciutat portuària de Dunkerque, al nord de França. Aquesta ubicació del centre de la ciutat deu el seu nom al corsari de Dunkerque Jan Baert (nom francès: Jean Bart). Al centre de la plaça hi ha una estàtua d'aquest últim mariner, obra de l'escultor David d'Angers (1845).
Al llarg de la història, la plaça també ha estat coneguda com a Place Royale i Place de la Liberté.
La seva ubicació central fa que la plaça Jean Bart sigui un lloc adequat per a la celebració d'esdeveniments. El Zoom Festival, El Printemps de la plaça Jean-Bart i Dunkerque la Féérique han utilitzat o utilitzen la plaça.
