El Túnel d'Eupalinos o Aqüeducte Eupalinià és un túnel de 1.036 m de llarg que es troba a l'illa de Samos , construït al segle vi aC per servir com a aqüeducte. Aquest túnel és el segon que es coneix a la història que va ser excavat des de tots dos extrems , i el primer amb un enfocament metòdic a fer-ho. El túnel d'Eupalinos era també el túnel més llarg del seu temps. Avui és una popular atracció turística.
