La Batalla de Millesimo es va desenvolupar entre el 13 i el 14 d'abril del 1796 prop de Millessimo , a la Val Bormida , en el marc de les Guerres de la Revolució Francesa.
A Millesimo es van enfrontar les tropes aliades de l'Imperi Austríac i del Regne de Sardenya-Piemont que formaven part de la Primera Coalició contra l'Exèrcit d'Itàlia comandat pel general Napoleó Bonaparte, enviat a Itàlia pel Directori, amb el propòsit d'aturar la política antifrancesa i antirevolucionària dels Habsburg. Aquest combat es va produir un dies després de la Batalla de Montenotte.
