Canosa di Puglia és un municipi italià, situat a la regió de Pulla i a la província de Barletta-Andria-Trani. L'any 2001 tenia 31.445 habitants. Canosa de Pulla és una ciutat d'Itàlia a la Pulla, província de Bari, a la riba dreta del riu Ofanto a uns 25 km de la seva desembocadura. Està situada entre Benevent i Brindisi. Té una antiga catedral del segle xi, i restes romanes . La seva població actual és d'uns 35.000 habitants.
