L'historiador i teòleg de Sciacca, Mario Ciaccio , va escriure que aquest palau es trobava al costat de la Porta di Mare orientada al sud, fora de les muralles de la ciutat.
Va ser construït per Onofrio Cubici al segle XV amb tres torres emmerletades , segons alguns per adaptar l'escut de la seva família, que presentava tres torres sobre un camp blau. La família Cubici, en el cas de Sciacca al costat dels Perollo, era una família molt noble i el 1542 Baldassare Tagliavia i Diana Cubici es van casar per contracte. D'aquest matrimoni van néixer molts fills, entre ells GianCalogero Tagliavia Cubici, que es va convertir en cavaller de Santo Stefano a Florència.
Va ser anomenat Palau Ramingaddu pel poble després que va passar de la família Cubici als Invege, barons de Rabingallo.
