La catedral d'Ani és una antiga catedral acabada el segle xi, situada a les ruïnes de l'antiga capital armènia d'Ani, ara a Turquia. L'església està dedicada a la Mare de Déu i se l'anomena també Mare Església . Forma part del Jaciment arqueològic d'Ani, que va ser declarat Patrimoni de la Humanitat per la UNESCO el 2016, i és una de les estructures arquitectòniques més importants del pròsper període de l'Armènia bagràtida.
La catedral està situada al centre d'Ani, capital de l'antic regne d'Armènia cap a l'any 1000. El lloc està situat a l'extrem est de Turquia, a la província de Kars, al costat de la frontera amb Armènia. La catedral és a 200 metres d'aquesta frontera.
