Millstatt am See er en købstad i Spittal an der Drau-distriktet i Kärnten, Østrig. Den traditionelle kurby og spa-by ved Millstatt-søen er kendt for det tidligere benediktinerkloster Millstatt, grundlagt omkring 1070. Den ligger på den sydlige skråning af Gurktal Alperne, på en alluvialfan-halvø ved søens nordlige bred. Det kommunale område strækker sig fra en højde af 588 m ved søbredden til 2.101 m AA på toppen af Millstätter Alpe-massivet. Det omfatter de matrikulære samfund Millstatt, Obermillstatt, Matzelsdorf og Laubendorf.
