Karlsplatz er en station på U1, U2 og U4 i Wien U-Bahn. Den ligger i Innere Stadt-distriktet. Den åbnede først den 30. juni 1899 som Academiestrasse station på Wiener Stadtbahn og fik sit nuværende navn i det samme år, hvor den tilknyttede plads blev opkaldt efter Karl VI. Samtidig ændrede selskabets forkortelse sig fra AK til KP. Efter ophøret af dampdrift i 1918 betjente Wiener Elektrische Stadtbahn som en erstatning fra 1925. Ved idriftsættelsen af den første metrosektion af U1 fra Reumannplatz den 25. februar 1978 blev Karlsplatz også en undergrundsstation, og efter at platformene på linjerne U2 og U4 åbnede i 1980, er det nu det største transportknudepunkt for Wiener Linien.
