Theresienkirken er en romersk-katolsk sogn- og pilgrimskirke i Innsbrucks bydel Hungerburg. Den byggete kirke fra 1931/32 er viet til den hellige Thérèse af Lisieux og er beskyttet som et monument.
I 1910 blev der på Hungerburg, der indtil da ikke havde nogen kirke, dannet en "Kirkenbyggelaug Mariabrunn". Et af stiftelsesmedlemmerne stillede et grundstykke ved krydset Gramartstraße/Hungerburgweg til rådighed. Først skulle der opføres et enkelt kapel med et trætagrytter, hvis byggeri dog blev forsinket. Først i 1927 blev der indrettet en nødkirke i en havepavillon, der blev viet til Theresia af Jesusbarnet, som blev helliget to år tidligere. I kapellet var der et billede og en relikvie af den hellige. Disse tiltrak mange pilgrimme, så der blev igen planlagt byggeri af en kirke.
