Rumer Nadel er en 1374 m o.h. høj klippeformation på den sydlige skråning af Inntalketten ovenfor Rum i Tirol. Den 30 meter høje klippepille på den nordlige side af Rumer Nadel ligger syd for Rumer Spitze ca. 800 meter nordøst for Rumer Alm og 400 meter sydvest for Vintlalm. Bestigningen af nålen kræver klatring i IV. grad på UIAA-skalaen. På toppen står en havenisse. Klippeformationen er bygget af karbonatsten fra Reichenhall-formationen. Rumer Nadel er også kendt af slacklinere, hvor slacklinen strækkes fra toppen af Rumer Nadel i 25 meters længde og op til 40 meter over jorden til en nærliggende klippe i østlig retning.
