Torgny er en by og delkommune af Rouvroy i den belgiske provins Luxembourg. Det er den mest sydlige by i Belgien og ligger tæt på den franske grænse. Landsbyen har lidt over 200 indbyggere.
Torgny ligger i Gaume-regionen/Belgisk-Lothringen. Bækken Chiers danner ved Torgny over flere kilometer landegrænsen.
Landsbyen ligger på en sydvendt skråning, på skråningerne af Chiers-dalen. Dette giver, sammen med den begrænsede højde og kalkholdig jord, et gunstigt blødt mikroklima, hvilket muliggør vinavl.
