Gooik er en kommune i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant og arrondissementet Halle-Vilvoorde. Kommunen har mere end 9000 indbyggere og kalder sig selv "perlen af Pajottenland".
Fra den karolingiske tid til det 11. århundrede lå fusionskommunen Gooik i Brabantgouw. Delkommunen Gooik blev allerede i det 9. århundrede nævnt som ejendom af Sankt Gertruds kloster i Nijvel. Derefter kom delkommunen Gooik, indtil slutningen af det 18. århundrede, til at ligge i Brüssels kvarter i hertugdømmet Brabant. Juridisk var baroniet afhængigt af mejeriet i Gaasbeek. Gooiks våbenskjold med de tre hamre stammer fra familien Cottignies, som som baroner regerede i Gooik.
