Moerbeke er en kommune i den belgiske provins Østflandern og ligger i Waasland. Kommunen har over 6.500 indbyggere, hvoraf 131 har nederlandsk nationalitet. Indbyggerne kaldes Moerbekanere. Moerbeke var i omegnen især kendt for sin sukkerfabrik, som var en del af gruppen Iscal Sugar. På anden juledag 2007 meddelte virksomheden dog, at den lukkede afdelingen i Moerbeke.
