Kasterlee er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins Antwerpen. Kommunen har 19.000 indbyggere. Den ligger i Kempen på en højde af 18 meter. Kasterlee tilhører den retlige kanton Geel og valgkanten Herentals. Partnerkommune er Plaffeien. Udover Kasterlee selv tilhører også delkommunerne Lichtaart og Tielen til kommunen Kasterlee. Den lille bydel Terlo grænser i øst op til bebyggelsen af Kasterlee-landsbyen, og den lille bydel Houtum gør dette i syd.
