Sint-Niklaas er en centerby i den belgiske provins Østflandern. Byen er hovedbyen i det ligeledes navngivne administrative arrondissement og bliver af mange betragtet som hovedstaden i Waas-landet. Sint-Niklaas har et areal på 84,19 km² og tæller over 80.000 indbyggere, som kaldes Sint-Niklaasere. Kælenavnene for Sint-Niklaasere er oliezykere, rapenbradere eller blåselmænd. Byen er også kendt for sit marked, det største i Belgien.
