Museet for Videnskabernes Historie er en del af Universitetet i Gent og var indtil 2018 beliggende på Campus Sterre, på De Pintelaan i Gent. Senere flyttede samlingen til campus Ledeganck som en del af det Gents Universitetmuseum.
Museet blev grundlagt i 1948 af professor Albert Van de Velde som en afdeling af Museum for Oldtidens Historie. I 1964 besluttede universitetet at overtage museet; samlingerne blev placeret på Korte Meer. I 1994 flyttede museet til bygning S30, en tidligere militærhangar, fordi samlingen var blevet for omfattende.
