Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher [fɛksləoklɔʃe]? er en by og kommune i arrondissementet Borgworm, provinsen Liège, Belgien. Kommunen har lidt over 3000 indbyggere. I byen blev Freden i Fexhe indgået i 1316, hvilket medførte, at prins-biskop af Liège, Adolf van der Mark, mistede en del af sin magt.
Alle historiske data vedrører den nuværende kommune, inklusive delkommuner, som blev dannet efter sammenlægningen den 1. januar 1977.
