Watervliet er en landsby i den belgiske provins Østflandern og en delkommune i kommunen Sint-Laureins. Watervliet er en del af Meetjesland og ligger tæt på den hollandske grænse. Det var indtil slutningen af 1976 en selvstændig kommune. Watervliet har et areal på 21,08 km² og havde den 1. januar 2008 1.644 indbyggere. Her ligger Jeronimuspolder, Sint-Annapolder, Sint-Barbarapolder, Jonkvrouwpolder og Sint-Christoffelpolder.
