Sankt Vith er en by i provinsen Liège. Den tilhører det tysktalende samfund i Belgien og har over 9.000 indbyggere. Kommunen betragtes som en del af den belgiske Eifel, hvor den er den eneste by, og ligger 520 m over havets overflade.
Med et areal på 146,93 km² er Sankt Vith, efter Büllingen, den største kommune i provinsen Liège. Derudover er kommunen, ud over hovedstaden Eupen, den eneste by i det tysktalende samfund.
